Healthworks is proud to be the first acupuncture clinic in Regina and in all of Western Canada to have massage therapists trained in medical acupuncture. We provide a range of specialized acupuncture treatments, including Gokavi Transverse Technique (Dry Needling), to meet your specific needs.

Our registered massage therapists in Regina provide a range of relaxation massage treatments to reduce stress and boost health and wellness. They are also trained in using specialized massage therapy to help conditions such as arthritis, sciatica, sports injuries, and chronic pain.

Our highly experienced Regina physiotherapist, Karen Toffan, provides safe and effective physiotherapy treatments for injury rehabilitation & prevention, and post-surgical recovery. Sports Acupuncture
Our skilled practitioner, Ken Ansell, offers sports acupuncture in Regina to speed up recovery and restore full muscle function after a sports injury. He is also trained in soft tissue techniques, such as myofascial release massage and graston style treatment.

Myofascial Release
Myofascial release (MFR) lengthens and re-organizes tight tissues for improved movement and restores proper function to the fascia. Our trained therapists use different levels of this specialized massage therapy, depending on the issue being treated, from very light work to deeper release techniques.
