With these times of uncertainty, it has been our primary focus is keep you and the healthcare team at HealthWorks healthy and safe. To accomplish this we have made many important changes over the last year. As long as the pandemic is here, our new normal will consist of the following:

1. Patients will be screened for Covid-19 as a part of your appointment process. Everyone’s temperature is taken and you will be asked a series of Covid-19 screening questions.
2. Masks are mandatory. All staff and patients are required to wear masks at all times.
3. Staff will be wearing approved PPE at all times.
4. If you feel ANY Covid-19 symptoms or are sick in any way, please contact the clinic at 306-525-0007 BEFORE your attend the clinic for your treatment.
5. We ask that patients attend their treatment alone to reduce the number of people in the clinic at a given time and comply with Saskatchewan Health mandates.
6. We have enhanced sanitization and disinfection protocols in place and use only approved, Covid-19 sanitization products. All contact surfaces are sanitized before and after your treatment.
7. Physical distancing is required to maintain your health and safety.
8. We ask that new patients complete their initial paperwork online to avoid congestion and reduce you time spent at the clinic.
9. We have removed most of our excess waiting room seating to comply with the current health mandates.
10. If you are a returning patient, please do not arrive more than a few minutes early.
11. Hand sanitizing is mandatory and your hands will be sprayed by staff.
12. We prefer touchless payment options, including direct billing to your insurance providers where possible.
